## Who's writing this?

Brennan Kenneth Brown (he/they) is Queer, Red River Metis, and works as an independent author and web developer based in Mohkinstsis (Calgary, Alberta), Treaty 7 territory.

He's the founder of Berry House, doing pro bono and accessible JAMstack web development. He's the webmaster of Folk Zone, a self-hosted IndieWeb experiment, and fanfiction.lol, a fork of Archive of Our Own. He also founded Write Club, a Calgary creative collective for writers that grew to 100+ members over three years.

He's been publishing online since 2015 and has nine independently published books. He holds a BA in English (Honours), with minors in Creative Writing and Religious Studies, from Mount Royal University.

His writing covers the craft of writing itself, literary and cultural criticism, Indigenous issues, culture, religion, science, and the independent web.

There is no JavaScript, no images, no external requests, and no colour on this site. It is designed for Lynx, w3m, screen readers, and older hardware.
